About Journal
Mathematics Education Journal (MEJ)—known as Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika (JPM)—is a reputable peer-reviewed open-access journal established to disseminate state-of-the-art knowledge in mathematics education. This journal is founded in collaboration between the Universitas Sriwijaya and the Indonesian Mathematical Society (IndoMS). It seeks to reflect the variety of research concerns within this field and the range of methods used to study them. It deals with methodological, didactical, political, and socio-cultural aspects of teaching and learning mathematics rather than with specific programs for teaching mathematics. Within this range, MEJ is open to all research approaches. The emphasis is on high-level articles of more than local or national interest. Editors will initially review all submitted manuscripts, which are then evaluated by a minimum of two international reviewers through the double-blind review process. This process ensures the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.
